I've enjoyed several items from this food truck's menu, especially the chalupas and the pambazo filled with chorizo and potato - simple yet delicious flavors that really stand out. The cemitas here have a unique texture and freshness, thanks to the telera bread, and the milanesa with cueritos combination is a favorite that even my mom from Puebla agrees captures the authentic taste perfectly. Although service can be inconsistent at times, the quality of the food, variety of offerings, and scratch-made aguas frescas make every visit worthwhile, even if it means waiting during busy weekends.
