I've been to Fiesta Mayan a few times and I've always enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes, from shrimp quesadillas to fish tacos, and the flavors are fantastic. The botana with fajitas, rice, and beans was satisfying, and the complimentary salsas and sauces added a nice touch to the meal.
