Big Al's Pizza Plus is a favorite spot for my family. We love the range of options on their menu, from delicious pizzas to tasty subs and pasta dishes. The friendly staff and attention to detail make every visit a pleasant experience.

Awful delivery/customer service. Waited an hour and 45min for a grinder. Not only did my delivery take forever, but it was not correct! Ordered a buffalo chicken grinder with cheese, lettuce and tomato. My grinder came with no lettuce and tomato. Was told on the phone $8.29.. delivery guy gets here says $10.29.. I look at slip and $2 delivery charge (which fine seeing it was 1 item I get it)... but when I questioned the driver he was so rude shrugged his shoulders and told me it was not his problem and he was doing me a favor and to call the store with any complaints! Ok so I call Big Al's, complain to whoever answers, she tells me she'll get the manager, then tells me to call back in 10min because he wasn't there. Great. Thanks a lot. Will not be ordering from here again. This is many times we have had over 1.5hrs late delivery and sucks because we like the food. Customer service goes a long way.
