Lazer and his wife were incredibly welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere for my son's birthday celebration. Our first visit to this local pizza joint left us thoroughly satisfied with the delicious food and generous toppings on our pizzas. The friendly family staff and impeccable service made our experience truly memorable, and we are already looking forward to returning for more of their mouthwatering dishes.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! We got hung up once, then when we finally placed an order and went to pick up...and the order was not complete. At first we thought it was a mistake no big deal...called back to make sure it was actually there and got the owners daughter on the phone who was the most downright rude and disrespectful person I have ever met in the food industry. She tried to blame it on the fact that I had children with me and just forgot to pick up the other half of the order sitting on the counter (which was NOT there at all or else I would have picked it up with the order). Both the owner and the daughter were extremely rude. Then she changed her story and said she told us "pizzas will be ready in a minute"... so I am not sure how both could be true?!?! I asked for a refund for the order I did not receive, since I was already home and clearly there was a communication issue. I was told that I could either come pick up the order or go hungry, and then hangs up. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked to speak to the manager and the daughter said "she is my mother and on my side."

I get that the pizza shop is busy, I really do...but this was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. There was an entirely better way to handle it! Paying $36 for a incomplete order?!?! Disgusting.
