For years, I've been a regular customer at this eatery and I've never understood the negative reviews it receives. In my humble opinion, their pizza is truly exceptional and never fails to satisfy my cravings. The staff on the phone are always friendly and accommodating, especially when it comes to ensuring a safe and delicious gluten-free meal.

Always amazing

Food was unsatisfactory - cheese sticks hard and cold, ordered thin crust pizza and got regular crust pizza, ordered double cheese on both pizzas & didn't get it. I spent $50, plus $10 tip to delivery driver. They offered to replace the food and we declined as we ate what we could and disposed of the rest; requested a refund. Female manager on duty said errors were "100% our fault" and offered a cash refund if we came to the store to get it. We were unable to get to the store since we were camping and unfamiliar with the area. Manager said delivery driver was "all booked up for the rest of the night and couldn't deliver the refund." (I don't know how they could have delivered more food if they were all booked up for deliveries.) The store owner finally contacted me several days later, did not listen to my concerns, talked over me, said "you want free food - that's why we have a policy - you just want free food. And the girl at the store knows that she was not authorized to give a refund." Read the other reviews - many people said the food was AWFUL!!! I would give it 0 stars if I could.
