One of the food trucks caught my eye as we wandered around downtown Waco on a weekday afternoon. We decided to try their personal size pepperoni pizzas for our group, and I must say, they were surprisingly satisfying and held us over until dinner. The customizable menu and quick service made for a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend supporting this unique gem in the city.
