Brought some salmon in to get smoked with the brown sugar brine. It was excellent.

Bearcat's isn't a restaurant per say but you can get all types of smoked fish that are ready to purchase and take home to eat or bring to the park or beach for a picnic. You can also find a bunch of fresh fish every day and frozen fish and seafood from fish sticks, tilapia, scallops,shrimp,tuna..... It is totally amazing the variety of food you can find at Bearcat's Fish House. You have to see for yourself!
