The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. The staff is really friendly and helpful, making sure you understand everything. I tried the conch for the first time and they even offered me a taste and explained what it was before I tried it. It was a great experience and I left feeling happy and satisfied.

I just went to this establishment for the first time on Saturday, 2/20/16 at 7:20. I will never return, it exhibits poor customer service. I am waiting in line to order and after 10 minutes I am asked if I have already placed an order or do I need to place an order. I let the lady know that I need to place an order. She proceeds to tell met that this establishment is no longer taking orders at this time (7:30pm on a Saturday). I do not understand how the establishment closes at 10pm but they no longer take orders at 7:30 pm. If that is the case they are portraying false advertisement on their closing times.
