It's now 6:34 ...NO blueberry crumble pie!
Walked in around 2:15...took lots of time to order & pay! Ordered 4 of the 2lb softshell-boiled Lobsters, 4 stuffed clams & Classic Chowder.

Ordering & payment process was below normal...very strange service. But we remained happy & stress-free!

Was to return in an hour??, or was it a phone call in an hour? To pick up 4 boiled Lobsters...? We both left confused with his directions & explanation.

Given/took half our order with us...bagged by staff.
(pie handed to him)
Got to the house to prep the sides butter, lemon & set table.

Upon returning for the 4 Lobsters we realized the total cost $158 was a bit off...? Maybe? We checked receipt....sure enough, over charged by $35.00...He chg'd us for "hard" not "soft"

We received the overcharge refund...3 ppl and 14 minutes later.

We get home...Start dinner plans...the 4th Lobsters missing a claw...no place to be found.

PS...( Stuffed clams & Lobsters were fresh n delicious)

Cleaned up after dinner and prepared ourselves for dessert and tea...??

YUP!!
He never put our Blueberry Crumble in our 1st or 2nd bag or 2nd visit.

If you forgot/missed?? How'd you miss the pie later? Before and even after we left, then returned to correct the overcharge and still didn't notice the pie wasn't bagged up or belongs to a previously paid order.

Who boils & puts four 2lb Lobsters in a customer's bag...without all the claws.

Highly disappointed with service and attention to details.

Couldn't even call them back...closed at 5PM
Way to many issues & speedbumps to order, pay, receive correct product, overcharged $35 and missing CLAW and PIE!
