I discovered Taylor Shellfish Farms in Seattle and was pleased to find a market in Shelton that offers fresh oysters. I purchased a dozen each of Kumamotos and Shigokus, along with a bottle of mignonette that complemented them well. The service was friendly and helpful, making for an enjoyable experience that I look forward to repeating.

I came across Taylor Shellfish Farms in Seattle and fell in love with their oysters, so I was thrilled to find a nearby market in Shelton! I bought a dozen Kumamotos and a dozen Shigoku, and they were incredibly fresh and delicious. The service was exceptional, and I can't wait to return for more - definitely worth a visit for top-quality shellfish!
