One evening in early January 2024, a visit to La Resaca revealed a charming atmosphere within a beautifully restored old building in downtown El Centro. The staff exuded cheerfulness as they served up delicious food, though the music was a tad too loud for my liking. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, with fresh and flavorful seafood dishes satisfying my craving. The micheladas were a highlight, and I look forward to returning for more of their enticing offerings.
