Oh boy, smoothies used to be my jam until I discovered the sugar overload lurking in them. Tropical Smoothie has stolen my heart again, though, especially with their flatbreads and breakfast wraps that keep calling my name. I dove into the sunshine smoothie and a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap-while the wrap was a tad chewy and the sauce could put a fire-breather to shame, that smoothie was pure bliss, and I can't wait to explore more of their menu!

I have a newfound appreciation for healthier food options, and I must say that the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap at this hidden cafe is worth a try. The service is quick and friendly, adding to the overall experience of enjoying a delicious smoothie and a satisfying meal in a cozy setting.
