Food is fresh, but service is terrible. Young cashier took the coupon I had and I paid the bill. The young man asked if I belonged to the card club offer they had. I said no and so he gave me the card to use next visit. I went out to my car to come home and the owner came running out of the store to the parking lot yelling at me. He told me I couldn't have the card and I had to give it back and then tried to tell me I had to pay him more money. Very embarrassing and never went back there again! Extremely poor way to do customer service!

Their food is so fresh! Good quality meats and their rolls are amazing! To add to it the young lady and gentleman that take the food orders and make the sandwiches are soooo sweet and kinds. The service is impeccable. It may be a little place but it is big time professional! 537 Subs is a hidden gem. Love it!♥ï¸
