Thai cuisine can be quite the fiery adventure, but I prefer to keep my taste buds intact rather than drenched in sweat! My culinary journey at a certain N. Nimitz Hwy eatery led me to try their Yellow Curry with tofu, which was just the right amount of spice-enough to savor without turning my meal into a sauna session. On my next visit, I ventured into the Papaya Salad territory and discovered that while it packed a bit more heat, I might just stick to my beloved satay chicken and curry in the future!

I tried the Yellow Curry with tofu from the N. Nimitz Hwy locale and requested a mild spice level to avoid sweating and swearing from the heat. The Papaya Salad was a bit spicy on my second visit, and the service was good with a spacious dining area and attentive staff.
