I used to eat lunch at Earthfoods Cafe on Campus back in the late '70s, when I was studying Human Nutrition. The menu changes daily, offering up dishes like tofu stir fry, chili, and roasted veggies, all vegetarian with vegan options available. The food may not be perfect, but it's hearty, affordable, and a refreshing change from the typical campus fare.
