Located in the Tenderloin area, finding parking can be a challenge with malfunctioning meters and a strong odor outside. However, once inside the restaurant, the environment improves significantly with friendly service and a variety of delicious Vietnamese dishes. Despite the less than ideal exterior ambiance, the quality of the food and the attentive service make it a worthwhile dining experience in the area.
