Having visited several times, especially during Vietnamese New Year, the Short Rib Pho here never disappoints with its rich broth and generous portions, and the Nem Cuong spring rolls are packed with flavor and perfectly crispy. The vibe is local-friendly, service is quick though a bit hands-off after ordering, and while prices have gone up, the quality and variety-like the grilled pork and shrimp vermicelli bowl-make it a reliable spot for a tasty, authentic Vietnamese meal in San Jose.
