Last night, I placed a to-go order just before the restaurant closed. The person who took my order was friendly and helped me choose the Pho with charbroiled beef. The noodles were a bit clumped together, but once in the flavorful broth, they were delicious. I was pleased with the ample broth and bean sprouts, although I wished for a bit more meat, noodles, and green onion chives.
