After the snowstorm, the stone bowl pho was a perfect choice for a cozy meal. While it was a bit of work to assemble, I'll opt for the regular bowl next time. The big party on New Year's day was a hit, especially with the flavorful canh chua and delicious bo luc lac. The service was attentive, and the spicy peppers carousel added a nice kick to the meal.
