The brisket here is seriously amazing, and the sides like the bacon potato salad and elote are just as tasty, all at really reasonable prices. The service is friendly and quick, the atmosphere by the riverfront is cool, and every time I've visited, the food has been consistently great, making it a solid choice when you're in Peoria.
