I went to Champs last weekend with my sister-in-law while we were waiting for a nearby restaurant to open. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bar that was clean and free from the usual cigarette smoke smell that plagues most bars in San Diego. The bartender, Ryan, was not only easy on the eyes but also super friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable. The bar had pool tables, dart games, and great prices; it was a wonderful spot to celebrate my birthday with a free Bloody Mary. The atmosphere was laid-back, the drinks were cheap, and the locals were a blast to chat with - definitely a dive bar worth checking out!
