They must have changed their pizza. Not as good, no sauce. Used to love it before. Disappointed this time.

Old forge pizza wasnt cooked enough. Called to let manager know that it was second time it happened. She argued that the dough is precooked. Wont be going back and we had their food at least once week. Lost us as customer for good.

service has gone down hill,place was almost empty and waited for almost an hour. All we got were excuses for the delay. Ordered honey dipped chicken, it was overdone.waitress never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks. It seemed like everybody had an attitude. We used to enjoy coming there. They lost a costumer

Placed order for pick up @ 5:37. Was told it would take 40-45 minutes (6:17-6:22). Received my food @ 6:55. Got home and the 25 wings I ordered were the wrong sauce. Ordered 2 items and 1 was wrong. Usually my girlfriend places the order. The last 3 times she ordered there was also issues. After getting food here many times, we never will again!!!!

The customer service. very poor, I stood there for more then 10 minutes keeping time just to be curious, I didn't get a hold on or, ill be right there, im sorry its taking so long, when the lady actually acknowledged that I was there I found that she was being a little rude she asked me what I needed I said 2 plain and she said we have none then I said 2 pepperoni she said ok put them in a box the box was still open as she was handing me the box and then I ask her kindly if she can please tape the box and then she repeated what I said in what it seemed to be a little hanger in her any ways no I would no longer go there and there was a lot of people in line. oh and it was the mom that's what I got from the child walking though the kitchen and customers still standing in line more then 4 people and counting ps the pizza wasn't that good anyways I went to petes place and It was the best pizza I ever had frist time going there ...........

Delivery: cheese pizza cold and half of the cheese stuck to roof of pizza box due to the other items ordered put on top. Ultimate nachos soggy, no jalepenos, inedible slop. Soda was nice and chilled though. Food is good if eaten in...do not advise delivery, unless you want to be disappointed. $50 very unhappy.

Need to hire people who take pride in their work.Rude on the phone,can't tell the difference between toppings only good for selling beer

After they had made many changes by adding the bar the place is outstanding. Friendly servers and the food is always fresh and delicious

The pizza is good and I love the boneless bites, but the best part is the employee Mary. She is a dime and has the eyes of an angel!

the people in there are so UNPROFESSIONAL!! they are RUDE and not friendly. the delivery is always an hour or more late. Food comes COLD. they over price and ripped me off! they are so stingy with their meat and cheese in the antipasto! there food is tasteless. they dont care about the customers at all. i found a hair in my food also. its just A DUMP!!!! ADVISE YOU STAY AWAY!

TERRIBLE!! SLOW DELIVERY TIME, FOUND MOLD IN THE BATHROOM, TERRIBLE FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered Pizza the other day, and it took 2 hours to get to my house which is 1 mile away. The delivery guy called me twice, the first time asking me what cross street I was close to and yelled at me for him calling the wrong person. Then called me a second time to curse on the phone and ask again where I was located, He was clear across town no where near me. When we got the pizza everything was cold and the pizza was burnt on the bottom. I called to complain and I got a free pizza, but honestly I don't want to order from them again!

Service staff OK-the one short haired fellow kept winking at my son creepy, anyway food OK good pizza, subs nothing to be desired. Probably wont go back again, except in this occasion they were the only place open on a Sunday 5.15.2011. The bathrooms and the floors were also unclean and I swear I saw bugs on the counter. They need to clean up their act.

We were regular customers. I'm not sure if they have new people or what, but this is the 2nd time this month the pizza really sucked. It was like they took a cardboard box and sauced it up. There was no cheese and the crust was burnt and hard. No one would eat it. What a waste of money! I do not plan to call and complain, I rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Sorry CJ's.

We go weekly to CJ's for family pizza night and we love it!! Right from the door the customer service is superb and the pizza is the best in the valley. I highly recommend CJ's to anyone looking for good food made by good people.

We live 2 minutes from CJ's Pizza and Subs. We ordered the pizza at 5:25 on a Monday night and were told it would take 45 minutes to be delivered...The pizza finally arrived 1 HOUR & 45 minutes later...Cold...and WITHOUT CHEESE! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
