Visited your location and went thru drive thru to place an order. The cashier stated it will be about 15mins. I pulled out of line and circled around again. There were 2 cars ahead of me in drive thru I waited behind those 2 cars over 10mins. When I arrived back to the window, I sat at the window over 8mins before some came to acknowledge that I was there. I placed the order at 1:39 pm and didn't receive my order till 2:37 pm. I was informed that the cooks we not available and when they returned they was back up. I didn't have a experience and will not be back.

Placed a take out order: Two half chicken dinners. The chicken was not cooked well soggy taste, collard greens too salty, Macroni and cheese greasy! The individual taking my order did not type my correct name. I waited for my order which was placed in an area as I observed persons who had ordered after me receive their take out orders. Finally an employee asked my name and I replied and this employee indicated that my order had been ready just under another name. Will never support this business again.
I also provided a 15% tip for poor customer service and terrible tasting food.

We had Big Nick's cater for an event at our work, and the recipients were beyond impressed with how delicious the meal was. Not only was the food cooked to perfection, but the meal was extremely reasonably priced. This will not be the last time we have Big Nick's cater!!!!!!

Food was awesome, but a little spicy. Wish they had free wi-fi..

Dont trust posted hours. Drove 45 minutes only to find out they close a half hour early. Couldnt even put in a to-go order. Good bbq but poor service.
