Descartes can be challenging during the summer term, with only occasional business and just one employee managing the brief rushes between classes. The service here is always fast, efficient, and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Having bagels and snacks as alternatives to the usual cafeteria options makes this cafe a welcome break during my days at NEIU.
