Great coffee and great business. Customer Service is outstanding. My first review was a one star given by me unfairly! Due to Covid Related shipping problems with the USPS I didn't receive my coffee in a timely manner after I received a note from Fair Mountain it had roasted and shipped. I was hasty in posting a negative rating about this Company. I received email immediately from the owner sincerely concerned about my small order review. Made me feel like I was dealing with real people who definitely care. They wanted me as a customer. This type of concern is and service is rare today! I will be a customer for life!
