My sister who has lymphoma drives 2 hours to Moffitt and enjoys a cup of coffee when she gets there. Her daughter bought her a gift card to purchase a coffee and sandwich. They refused to honor the gift card stating "We don't take gift cards." When purchasing a gift card it should be stated that it cannot be redeemed at all Starbucks. Very disappointed with Starbucks.

Tried to call phone on receipt they answer radiology however bought a turkey sub there today and instant stomach pain diahrea ate nothing else all day went for chemo had to get Imodium was in restroom 3x while waiting at Hosp. Your located in a hospital please be sure the food is at its freshest
