PJs Coffee in New Orleans is a fantastic spot that I always look forward to visiting. The Frozen Hot Chocolate is incredible, and the staff consistently provide quick, friendly service while ensuring my order is perfect every time. Even though the tables could use a little tidying, the delicious coffee and fresh pastries make the trip worthwhile, and I can't wait to return!

Coffee is hit or miss depending on the day and time you go. It's the service that leaves a lot to be desired. The young girls that work there act like they're doing you a favor. If you go in some don't even greet you. They just state at you. There's no thank you or even a smile. Don't think about complaining b/c you'll get serious attitude. There is a young man that works there that is very nice and respectful. He always greets us with a smile and thanks us. I go in with my elderly parents and he is very patient with them. He even carries out stuff to the car for my mother when I'm not with them.
I don't usually write reviews but I went in this past week and it was not a pleasant experience. I don't need 5 star service when I get coffee but I do need a decent cup of coffee and not get snarled at when I order.
