The Hu Tieu Nam Vang here has an amazing broth that's flavorful without being too salty or sweet, loaded with tasty toppings like liver, heart, and quail eggs. The vibe is super chill with old-school cafí© feels, great coffee, and friendly service, though heads up-the cigarette smoke can be pretty strong since they allow smoking outside and the doors are open.
