I rate this establishment four stars primarily for its coffee quality. The coffee here is consistently well-prepared, never burnt or over-roasted, and the lattes are rich and velvety. However, the lack of a varied pastry selection is a downside, as there are no croissants available, only a limited choice of donuts and bagels. Despite this, the welcoming and friendly staff, who often remember my usual order, make the experience enjoyable and Shotzy's also offers a Free Doughnut Friday promotion.
