Food portions and quality have gone down. Consistency is not in their vocabulary, I order the same thing all the time and get charged a different price everytime, I have ordered the same thing as two other ppl I went there with and each of use was charged different prices varying of about $1.50 each. I went for breakfast one day and Big Sexy said she wouldn't make any hot food and I could get cereal or fruit.
