The young man I mentioned in my previous feedback is no longer employed at the store. The Liquor store manager addressed the situation with me a few days later and was very apologetic. I appreciate the excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff at this liquor store, particularly the manager, Terry. They provide great recommendations and promotions, and the added benefit of fuel perks. The shopping experience is efficient with minimal wait times at the checkout. The staff at Winn Dixie, where I worked for almost a year, were always supportive and kind to both employees and customers. Despite the lack of frills compared to nearby options, the genuine service and reasonable prices keep me loyal to this store.
