After a recent visit to a combined Loves and Arby's location, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Despite some heating issues, the dining area was well-maintained, and my meal was fresh and enjoyable. The manager at the Waller Loves, Mr. Ortiz, went above and beyond to assist me in a time of need, demonstrating the exceptional service I've come to expect from Loves establishments.
