Not very express. Waited over an 30 minutes for my steak sandwich.

We went on the 2nd day you opened and when we arrived things were not going well. Our order was placed and the card reader wouldn't take our charge card. We had ordered two separate orders. When I ask about onion rings ran out so I ordered fries. I got the country fried steak with gravy, comes with a roll, salad and a loaded bake potatoe. It's 99 cents extra for the loaded potatoe. But then people started complaining wanting their money back because they had been there over an hour and still didn't have their order. All of a sudden we hear our name being called out and they think it's a dine in and it was a take out. So the lady put it all in a bag and my husband counted the orders but didn't open the boxes. He took our first order to the car and I waited for our other order.I was sitting on the bench waiting and the manager was giving people's money back and he ask me what I wanted. I said I'm just waiting for my hamburger and fries my husband already has our other order in the car with him. He said ok and a very sweet lady got it for me and put it in a bag. I left and when we got home there was the country fried steak and a roll in one box my gravy and loaded baked potatoe wasn't there. My husband said he would share his fries so that's what we did. I was disappointed because I was the one who wanted to go there and I was exited about the opening. What food I got was really good but I didn't think it was worth the effort to get it and we were missing food items when we got home. I hope if there is another visit to Trojan Exspress things will be better.
