I stopped by on 9/1/2023 around 1:00 PM for a quick lunch with coworkers, and despite it being fairly empty, the indoor seating was clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and efficient, the food was tasty and filling despite fewer chicken pieces, and the convenient location near CSU Fullerton with easy parking made for a positive experience overall.

I visited this location for lunch with coworkers on 9/1/2023 around 1:00 PM, and it was my second time there. The place was clean, not too crowded, and had indoor seating available. The Orig Pollo Bowl with a Flour Tortilla and Small Drink for $5.29 was a decent deal, although it was a bit light on the chicken and heavy on the beans. The service was prompt, and the staff, including assistant manager Vanessa, were friendly and attentive.
