Be careful when you buy groceries at zam zam. Very bad customer service. I bought SWARNA flour from them few days back. When I opened it I found bugs in there. I understand when you buy groceries sometime you get surprises, the bad part is that the guy at the register was looking at me that I was lying and said I can't return/exchange it. I buy groceries from zam zam a lot every month but will never buy anything from here anymore.
I normally don't give any negative comments to small business but due to their bad customer service I'm giving this reviews so other folks are aware what they are doing business.
I left the SWARNA flour 'atta' at the register. BAD BAD BAD.
