I find Rooties in Cheviot to be my favorite bar on the west side. The atmosphere is laid-back, the drinks are reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly. It's a nice change from the typical bars in the area and offers a more relaxed experience. Plus, the potential hidden subterranean room adds an element of intrigue to the place.
