I visited Halliday's on a late Friday night without any prior expectations, despite often passing by without entering. The unassuming exterior belies the charming and welcoming interior, with friendly bartenders serving strong drinks in a spacious setting. The bar's cash-only policy added a unique touch, and I was impressed by the attentive staff's refusal to serve visibly intoxicated patrons, maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
