I took a group of students to an authentic El Salvadoran restaurant where we enjoyed a wide variety of pupusas that were fresh, hot, and perfectly chewy with delicious fillings like pork and cheese. The owners were friendly and attentive, serving us with smiles despite our large group, and the flavorful curtido and salsa added a great touch to the meal. I'm eager to return and try more dishes, especially since the atmosphere feels welcoming and the food consistently tastes amazing.
