They've serviced multiple bikes for me, and their mechanics consistently impress with their expertise and friendly demeanor. Even when they didn't have the right size bike for me, they remembered my inquiries weeks later and provided helpful answers, showcasing their exceptional customer service.

As someone who doesn't ride much due to balance issues and discomfort from bike seats, I find this shop to be exceptional for both bicycle needs and enjoying a hot vanilla chai.
