Embarking on our distillery tour with the trusty Distillery Row passport in hand, we arrived eager to sample their offerings. Street parking was easy to find, and we were fortunate to have arrived early before a private event later in the evening. Caroline, our attendant for the Tasting Flight, entertained us with her humor and attentive service, ensuring we had a delightful experience trying out their spirits. The variety of drinks we sampled, including the Ginger Liqueur with its spicy yet smooth flavor, left us impressed and excited to continue our exploration of Portland's distilleries.
