I love ordering on the app because my food is ready when I arrive. Bri, the District Manager, always provides friendly and professional service, though sometimes the smoothie delay can be frustrating.

The service at this location is usually great, especially when the drive-thru is open and they are not short-staffed. The District Manager, Bri, always puts customers first and provides exceptional service. However, I had a negative experience when a staff member forgot to make my smoothie and delayed my order while attending to other customers first, which was disappointing.
