Vegetable is currently takeout only, but if you're cool with that, the flavorful burgers and surprisingly good vegan mac & cheese are worth a try. The food is always freshly made, tasty, and they're great at accommodating dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor. Their quick service and friendly vibe have kept me coming back since 2018, even though I wish I lived closer to visit more often.

Vegetable offers a convenient takeout option that is worth a taste if you're open to the idea. The flavorful burgers and surprisingly delicious vegan Mac & cheese are highlights, along with the quick service. While it's unfortunate that their beautifully furnished restaurant space isn't currently in use, the interesting and absolutely delicious food makes Vegetable a standout choice.
