I discovered a food truck that serves incredible gourmet mac and cheese and decided to track it down near my workplace. Although I experienced a minor delay when they opened, the friendly staff quickly made up for it with fantastic service and delicious food. Each mac and cheese variety I tried was creamy and flavorful, making it clear that this is a culinary experience worth pursuing.
