As a long-time admirer of the quality at Shake Shack, I find it disheartening that the chicken sandwich has lost its former glory; it's almost insulting given my love for this chain. The lunch I enjoyed featured well-prepared hamburgers and incredibly fresh fries that exceeded my expectations, all served in a clean and inviting atmosphere on Rodeo Drive. I must express my gratitude to Spike, whose warmth and attentiveness made my experience even more enjoyable, showcasing remarkable customer service that truly stands out.
