The food at Shimmy Shack is really awesome, especially with their well-made GF buns and vegan cheese that complement the burgers perfectly. I was impressed with the seasoning and texture of the Lentil burger I had. The staff creates a really cool vibe, making it a place I'll definitely visit again.
