Went to Ihop in Smokey Point WA for lunch. (At one time this was our go to restaurant ) Ordered our lunch
Hamburger and fries. In the past when the started serving hamburgers they were very good. I enjoy Hinze 57 steak sauce with my lunch and was told we don't carry it any more. My wife likes thousand Island dressing with her lunch and was told we don't have thousand island any more. I then asked for tarter sauce
and was told they do not carry tarter sauce any more. At that point I asked what in the world do you have and was told ketchup. The hamburger was served Luke warm as well as the fries. A month earlier we took my Brother and sister in law to the same Ihop for lunch. Three of our meals were served and we were finished with our lunch before my brother received his lunch which was just a salad. I mentioned to the waitress this was unexceptional for this type of service. She mentioned that they are cutting back. Will not recommend or return to Ihop any more. Don K

Customer service is horrible waited 20 minutes in the lobby before anyone even noticed me to be seated. The restaurant wasn’t even busy the staff just wasn’t paying attention.

I downloaded the yelp app, just to write this review.. because two of the women working there were so rude to my boyfriend and I it was ridiculous. So on the ihop website, they have a rewards program, where you sign up for their pancake revolution rewards and you get a coupon for a free stack of their world famous pancakes of your choice. Well, we brought in just that and were treated like less then, or like other customers were more important then us. IT TOOK A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR TO GET PANCAKES TO GO! NOT KIDDING. These gentlemen came into the restaurant awhile after we had gotten there, our waitress had just told us she would be right back to take our order, (we had are menus at the end of our table, obvious we were ready to order) and when she did come back.. she seriously walked right past us to literally the next booth and took their order first, and proceeded to go to the kitchen, and walk past us, and past us, never took are order. Finally a different waitress came up to us and took are order.. huge long story short, the gentlemen that got there way after us, ordered first, got their food first, and were almost done eating by the time we got our pancakes (to go) I might add, again. But it's not just that, it was the way they were talking to us, and treating us. When we had ordered coffee and hot chocolate too. Weren't there for just a freebie, had they been nice and treated us with respect like any other customer, we were going to leave her a good tip to suffice/compensate for the free pancakes. UGH, so mad right now. It got to the point where we were about to just walk out and say screw it, and screw this. We'll never go back there again, nor will we ever recommend ihop to anyone. Infact, I'll tell anyone how rude they are there so they divert from that business and bring their money elsewhere. It's a waste of your time, money, and patience. Go there if you like being treated like your less than, or if you like being ignored belatedly. They can shove that pancake..Well you know where lol
