I ordered lunch on the app, sent my husband to pick up with the order number. When he got there they said they could not give him the order because he did not have my phone. He told them the order number and that he had already paid for it and wanted to pick it up. They stood there and stared at him and said nothing. So he drives to the window where he pays and there was no one there, so he drives up to the window where you get your food and says he just wants his food and they say nothing then he says will you take it off my card they said nothing and he drove off. He came home so upset that he says he will never go there again and I believe him. I called the Matthews office in Springdale to complain because the store would not answer the phone after several attempts. Bottom line nobody at that store cares and that is obvious. So why do I care so much? I am a business owner and if my customers were treated this way by my employees they would no longer have a job. I need people who care.
