They lure you in with their coupons ,then they don't honor them how do you open a business not prepared to serve the customers on top of that nobody knew what they were doing can't even count change and as far as my co employees I will tell them never to go there it's not worth it,!!! They have been open a couple months and they're not ready to accept coupons?? Just my opinion but it sounds pretty greedy to me

I was looking forward to this opening. I was in drive thru for 56 minutes. I get to the window I pay, I'm patient, excited and to my surprise the employees were standing around drinking soda I kid you not 4 standing around 3 working 1) at drive thru. one filling drinks one taking orders for outside. the cook was fist bumping everyone and just talking it was amazing the disrespect. I won't be going back

I’ve been waiting for rally’s to come back to the area, It’s been awhile, SO glad they did.

Listen, there are always things that need tweaking when opening a place, patience for everyone is needed. Employees need to get the hang of things just like anyone who starts out training.

Trust me give this place time to get warmed up. This place has had a hard time getting things finally finalized to be able to open including finding people wanting to work. It will be worth the wait when all the kinks are worked out.

I second the other reviews. Have driven to Los Banos before just for the craving! If you don’t know, there is a Rally’s inside Walmart on Florin Rd

I can’t wait til they open. I would detour to Fresno on my way to Los Angeles just to get my fingers on their food. Super exciting!
