The last 3 times I have visited this location I have had to immediately throw away my drink. There was no flavor at all as if no one bothered to check the syrup or change it. Two of the 3 last visits I have ordered extra cheese and sour cream for the#5 and didn't receive it. Also, didn't receive the sauces that were asked for. The crew is friendly enough and speed is good, but why spend the money just to throw it away.

A manager at this place actually told a customer to not come back (at the drive thru). The customer did not even order because the manager said they were closed. The person then called the store to find out the hours and the managers name. She cussed him out. Writing to corporate twice, garnered one phone call. A free meal was offered as sorry for the issue, but the card was never received. This restaurant does not care if they have customers or not.

09/27/2021 - Fed Up Customer!
Inconsistent! Was the best Tacobell around for a few trips. Now they skimp on any burrito fillings and I basically get just a tortilla shell with crap insides! Half will be beans, half will be rice with little internal construction. They do not care about what people pay and need to reevaluate their staff considering they do not make food as it should be! Completely sad!!!
