Ridiculous. Horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza and a 2 liter Pepsi. The delivery guy hands me a Mountain Dew which is nasty. I politely point out on the pizza box where it says Pepsi. To which his response is “oh we don’t have pepsi”. I hate when they do this. I don’t like nasty grape soda, orange soda, or Mountain Dew. If they don’t have Pepsi, they are obligated to inform the customer, not bring some random substitute. So I call the restaurant to inform them that I didn’t receive the right soda. The phone kept ringing like twenty times before someone finally answered the phone. I spoke with the manager who refused to refund me for the incorrect product mind you I didn’t accept the Mountain Dew, because it wasn’t what I ordered. He had a heavy accent, stating he wasn’t going to refund me $24. I said repeatedly “I just want to be refunded for the soda, not the pizza.” Refused to give me a refund, claiming he would send someone back to my place of residence with the Pepsi that he’s already admitted they don’t have on stock. I’m irritated. Thankfully it was just the soda, but I’m not dealing with this restaurant again, because what if they send me the wrong pizza. Now I know they don’t honor refunds. Super poor customer experience.
